More full bodied than I recall from prior note. Hard to believe its five years on. Crisp, underlying citrus, lime, distant hint of grapefruit, mineral, red fruit.

Very nice, moderate body, length, good balance. Did not find it a fruit forward rose, some spice, more savory as Bob H noted.

Very dark colored for a Boulay Rose' - like full blood orange. Lovely "Summer" nose with minerals and citrus. Medium-bodied for a Rose', with decent acidity, good persistence and attractive saline and savory notes - I'm grilled up some sockeye, and this should prove to be a good match for the fish.
