Artadi Village Wine Vinas de Laguardia

Soft, balanced, nice flavor but just not enough body, flavor, density or fruit. This after one hour in the glass. A great drinking wine, not something I would cellar or use for special occassions. Second night - voila! The fruit has finally come forward and this increases quality all around. Just needs lots of air, I guess, but this things rocks, esp for the price.

One hour decant, this had a nose and palate that I would have sworn was a Chinon, it had a strong green pepper element along with the forest floor and dark fruit. As the air worked on it further the savory elements drifted away and the fruit took over. Medium bodied with a nice mouthfeel, a very interesting bottle of wine.
