This turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Notes of peppermint, bubblegum and cranberry. Did not find any really detracting elements. Very good price to value ratio. Probably will drink well for at least another year. Last bottle and wish I had bought more.

Still nicely layered, although aging this does not taste like a cheap Pinot. Soft and structured with pleasant fruit.

I can usually tolerate "inexpensive" wine especially if I have food to go with it and very seldom will I find a wine so repulsive that I will pour an almost full bottle down the drain. This was unfortunately one I've those occasions. There are really some decent $10 Pinots out there. I suggest you buy those and not this one. You may be thinking that I had a flawed bottle.
