Straw colored, a little spritz that went away. On the nose: minerals, flint, lemon, apple. Not dominately fruity but has the roundness you expect from CA. Also has some grassy, green notes but not offensive. On the palate: Has medium body and lemon, apple and minerals confirmed. Had crisp acidity of a stainless steel fermented sauvignon blsnc. Med plus finish. I liked this and would buy again.
