Comprising 100% Sauvignon Blanc, this wine was sourced from two estate vineyards within the Dry Creek Valley AVA: Hardie (20+ years old) and Elvin (<10 years old). Fermented and aged in a 50/50 combination of stainless steel tanks and neutral oak foudres, it was precluded from undergoing malolactic conversion in order to maximize freshness.
