Bought this at the winery on Etna in May 2019 Oro d’Etna Vena Etna 2015 90% Nerello Mascalese 10% Nerello Cappuccio From 40 year old vines Light bodied red, red fruit and some spice on the nose. Pinot like palate. Red fruit, medium tannins, and some bitterness. Like biting the skin on a plum. Very smashable. Q: 2/4 V: 3/3 X: 2/3 QVX: 7/10
