Solid wine, but it tastes much better on day 2. On day 1 I tasted a lot of licorice, where as on day 2 the wine was smooth with some herbal and earth flavors.

Smell: Red fruity and quite generous. Taste: Smooth and very balanced wine of red fruits. Uncomplicated and could go with nearly anything good. At around 10 EUR, the wine merchant was rigth - it was a scoop.

Nice chianti. Dark Ruby color. nose of red berries, hint bitter cherries. Medium body, some fruit with mature tannins. Drink up now.

A very fruity - however smooth and balanced wine. At the price around 9 EUR a very tempting and allround choice for dinner. A fine documentation for the Rùfina subregion's higher level compared to other non-classico-subregions.

Popped and poured. Bright red, red rim, 4½. Generous nose dominated by red fruits. Relatively easy going taste, fine acidity and freshnes on the palate. Drink now-2012
