Light straw. Restrained nose: a tiny bit of preserved lemon, a hint of caramel. On the palate, noticeably richer, but still fairly muted. Lemony fruit, a long dry, almost austere finish. Being Burgundy, it's not cheap, and I really need to get more for my money. 13%, cork.

Quite citrusy initially. but with a richness gradually emerging. It seemed superior to a bottle of the (more lauded) 2010 opened at the same meal. Cork. 13%.
