Very aromatic nose of pear, pineapple and caramel. The palate was abit more reserved reflection of the nose that could have used just abit more acidity. As it was, it was a little on the flabby side.

Fullish in the mouth but with that 2007 acidity to lift it over the palate. Quite nutty on the nose and the palate, along with some herbs and salt. Not a particularly graceful or deep Fuissé, and not especially flexible at the table (it neither clashed nor melded with mushroom polenta or buttered and steamed green beans) but I find this satisfying nonetheless.
