[5g/l dosage, disgorged Nov 2019, 16% oak barrels]. Very light citrus nose - limes - with gentle almond note. Palate is bone dry with light brioche, very fresh citrus - grapefruit. Very well balanced, long persistence and a real depth of character. Impressive.

disgorged oct. 2017, 5g/L So interesting compared to the rather wild coste beert this is a totally different wine. Immediately much more refined and ripe. At first the usual minerality, lemon zest notes and hints of yeast. In between the partial barrel fermentation is showing with some sweet vanilla caramel flashes. Immediately very elegant and refined but at the same time voluminous. Given some aeration it reveals a really beautiful smokey bouquet. The taste doesnt change very much though... grippy …
