Absolutely legendary. Still aging at a snail's pace. Still useful with great fruit and acidity. Complex and concentrated with acid, minerals, slate, gooseberry, lemongrass. Great balance come a long finish, nice complexity. Who knows how long this will age. It is not going to get any better but it is certainly going to hold on and taste delicious

Pale gold color. Smoky gooseberry and lemongrass bouquet. On the palate, no oxidation, good concentration and balance. Concentrated flavors of lemon, lime, other citurs, gooseberry, lemongrass. AMAZING! Not ageing, but holding plateau. The greatest kosher Sancerre by miles and miles. Pale straw to light gold color. Explosive concentrated citrus, lemongrass, gooseberry, key lime bouquet. What a shame. The bouquet and palate has a hint of corked nature. You can smell and taste the classic Sauvignon Blanc but its tainted enough to make it not enjoyable even though drinkable. Still with good flavors, youth and acidity. Despite its flaw, you can still tell this is a wine that is holding up well. Definitely try in the new year when its 10 years old. Bummer

Wow!. This is aging incredibly well. Still youthful with vibrant acidity and great fruit. Pale gold color. Fresh with lively crisp acidity. there are some subtle secondary notes showing this wines age but no oxidation at all and still very fresh and lively. At this age there has been some slight bottle variation with some balls showing a little bit of loss of fruit and acid others being in perfect shape like this one. Classic Sancerre. Nice tart lemongrass gooseberry flavors. Unfortunately in this bottle the tartness was more than usual obscuring some of the flavors. Likely just a slightly off bottle hopefully not an indication that this wine is starting to decline. I will certainly retry it soon. I have consumed over six cases of this wine since it was released and it has been consistently excellent. A relatively recent tasting was much better showing than this.

Incredible showing period incredible that it is still tasting great and lively and fresh at 8 years old. No signs of oxidation. Pale gold color. Explosive intense lemon lime citrus lemongrass gooseberry bouquet and flavors. Tons of acidity keep it tart and interesting. Absolutely delicious. At peak but holding steady. It is hard to know how long this will last but it is certainly enjoyable now

Absolutely delicious. Fully mature. Some might say it's slightly past peak because the acidity has fallen. It still has wonderful classic flavors of lemongrass and gooseberry typical for this region. Due to the lowered acidity it is definitely time to drink up. Absolutely delicious. Nice tartChristmas with gooseberry and lemongrass flavors. This ball had been open a couple of weeks and was still good. Absolutely amazing. I was starting to think that this needs to be drunk up quickly but now I'm wondering if it has more staying power ahead of it. But know if you do that it may dry out and go bad on you. Definitely drinking well now and shoulders should hold up for at least another couple years …

Another excellent showing. Nice acidity. Nice and crisp lemongrass bouquet and flavors. Good intensity and nice complexity. A consistently good treat. Should last another few years. I don't think it will improve but it's so enjoyable it's nice to hold on to some and enjoy it over time. I wish they would make this more often.

On the palate, intense and concentrated with great acidity and loads of lemongrass Citrus salt Stone and Mineral flavors. Long finish. Delicious. Drink now 2022, possibly longer.
