Le bon Chinon comme on l'aime, cette veine acide qui entaille un fruit bien mûr, j'adore. Le lendemain, une pointe de café et des tannins complètement fondus signalent un vin toujours super bon, mais qui n'est pas parti pour affronter les décennies. A boire sur le plaisir, et j'encaverai prochainement une folie du noyer vert pour le long cours.

Leathery and smoky on the nose, then bright and juicy acidity. Leaning more raspberry than strawberry. Not the most complex of wines, but a great sipper for snacks or a lighter dinner. Very much agree with the grapefruit pith bitterness.

Russk. 1st impression upon PnP. Dusty nose with the slightest bit of barnyard. Liquid juicy mouth. In the finish, some nice grapefruit pith bitterness/numbness counterbalancing some clean earthiness. Dusty finish. 91-pts. Get more if in mid 20s. Bought from Astor.
