Saltram Cabernet Sauvignon Maker's Table

I've been trying to figure out why I like this as a daily drinker. I've had about 7 or so bottles by now and it never disappoints. There isn't much on the nose. I get some cassis but not much else. This isn't a complex wine, which is ok since I paid $7 a bottle. There isn't much on the mid-palate. The finish is concentrated cherry juice followed by tart cranberry juice, which is nice.
