It’s Not Just About Me It took me a while to determine if I was going to review today’s wine or not. Not that it’s a bad wine, but it’s a wine that I wouldn’t normally drink, or likely appreciate. Brilliant medium ruby fading to pink with a thin watery rim. Nose of mild boysenberry, smoke, herbs de Provence, and cedar. Medium to full-bodied with bright acidity, fine medium tannins, and flavors of cranberry, dried herbs, and a touch of mineral. I like this, but I'm a sucker for most Fleuries. I wish the mineral was more prominent. It is a bit brawnier and less feminine than many Fleuries. Recommended, barely. Drink now through 2028.
