Pale green, some fine and larger bubbles. Nose has pear drop. The palate is crisp, lively, with unripe pear and searing acidity. Refreshing, easy drinking but lacks flavour.

Feel a bit underwhelmed by this one. Typical prosecco pear drop nose and sweetness. It's all up front and no complexity at all. Went down quickly but we could have been drinking a carbonated water with some flavouring thrown in.
