Intense nose of lemon, pear, white peach and pineapple. Nice floral notes and a touch of black tea. Vibrant acidity and saline backbone. Strong minerality on the palate and excellent finish. Coming into a great drinking window now but probably would be awesome with 2-3 more years in the bottle.

Laurent Ponsot Walkaround Tasting. Short notes only. Aromatic nose. Gentle palate. Good acidity despite fruit going a little towards tropical. More serious than many other Saint-Romain already.

Satellite Burgundy theme (i.e lesser known villages) : A rather acidic and angular white that displayed some obvious alcohol heat, so I was in CdN (possibly aligoté?) from a warmer vintage like 2010 for this.

Tasted like some sort of rotten tropical fruit mix. Thanks to the technology we knew this bottle wasn't defective (with the green dot) - but it did taste very much so.

Pronounced nose intensity with notes of honey, cocoa, citrus fruit. High acidity and long finish. Very well make Saint Romain wine.

Nice nose - bit closed but with air opens up - some more years help too - linear medium white burg - well made of course but nothing special

13% alcohol. Medium-deep yellow-green color. Cool, restrained and very attractive nose with youthful, fine-tuned aromas of kiwi, some creamy lactic tones, a little bit of sweet golden apple, light mineral notes of wet stones and a hint of fresh white peach. The wine is bright, medium-bodied and mineral on the palate with youthful yet quite complex flavors of steely minerality, tart lemony citrus fruits, some creamy notes of oak, a little bit of sweet golden apple, light nutty tones, a …

Metallic up front with ripe lemon, a bit tropical, gunpowder and hits of mushrooms and dry hay. Brisk on the palte, a good amount of concentrated citrus and slightly oily but uplifting and balance texture with a fennel finish.
