Surprisingly fruity for a palomino fino. The reason might be that 20 percent of the wine is made from sun-dried grapes. Yellow fruits, some bees wax and yeast. Medium body with noticable alcohol (13.5 percent). Salt. Great value for money.

Marco de Jerez from TSA (La Salut, Redfern) : Medium minus intensity aromas of salinity, citrus, a little green apple. Medium plus intensity acidity, bees wax, textured burr, drying the mid palate, a little apple and cereal notes, saline. Okay.
