Gustave Lorentz Pinot Gris Schofweg

Light yellow colour. Sweet scent of honey and yellow fruit. On the palate a nuanced wine with some spice and shy acidity. Sweetness with more honey och overly ripe yellow plums, dried fruit. The sweetness is too overpowering for me and the smoked salmon I ate with it couldn't match. Something with hot chili might work with this wine.
