Theorem Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Voir Dire

Opened one of these to toast a relative who sadly passed on tonight. Undeniably well done, and at the same time, still quite tannic. Ironically, like my relative, this needs more time. Opened up after 90 minutes or so, but will hold the rest of my bottles for a couple more years.

This was their premium cabernet. It was much denser and more nuanced than the other two cabernet sauvignons that they made. Similar taste profiles as the other two, but richer and structured in the taste. This wine also had silky tannins that enabled this wine to be enjoyed young, while also being able to age for at least ten years. I can see this wine gaining 2 points over the next decade.

Totally unfamiliar with this label, got an an auction. 3 hour decant, very elegant, subdued, Diamond Mountain fruit. Very solid TRB effort. Will clearly improve with time.
