Similar to last time. Reliable chianti, good with tomato based dish (chicken arrabiata). Good acidity and seems like a nice touch of oak to round it out. ... Wow. 5 days later (stored with a little inert gas in fridge) and this is wonderful. Mellow, sweeter, great acidity and tannins have receded - there is a beautiful mature feel to this. Light (ie correct), delicate Chianti. Good acidity, great with tomato-based pasta. Goes down easy. Lovely floral notes, juicy. Not exciting but reliable chianti for food.
