Bogle Vineyards Riesling

Still enjoyable after five years. The typical Riesling petrol and plastic-like aromas are very well defined, while ripe peach and yellow apple ones stay a little behind. Off dry and not much alcoholic (12 degrees) it's a very easy drinking wine, maybe a little low on acid, but for its age it's probably normal no to show the energy of younger wines. It won't probably last much longer, so better drink it soon.

Well chilled. Paired well with a shrimp and flounder dinner. Not sweet and not really dry but enough fruit and acid to pair well with the seafood dinner. Nice light riesling, easy to drink and great deal for the price!

Good Reisling for the price. Not too sweet. Very light and fulfilling. Not as flavorful as other Reislings I've had. On balance a great wine for the price. Will repeat again.

It's crisp and very fruit forward - you have a hard time not calling it sweet. There are hints green apple and even melon, and there's enough acidity to keep it interesting. The benefit to the fruit and acid is that it stands up to veggies and spices.

Medium sweet which is rich in apples and raisins.
