Ready to drink...tannic structure is approachable now. An inky deep red in color, dark berries, ripe prunes, and cassis on the palate. Balanced. Long finish. Like most Syrah, it is a "heavy" wine deserving of food. Might be even better with another year or two in the bottle but this is a nice wine at an affordable price from Walla Walla
