Pleasant little syrah rose, perfect for a summer evening, dark red, medium to light bodied, no significant aftertaste. Good QPR, definitely recommend this wine at this price point. Enjoyed earlier tonight with Kim and good CT wine buddy neighborbill and spouse Debbie. Nose slightly tart and sharp with acid, citrus and red cherry with primary flavors of cherry, strawberry and mint.

An enjoyable $6 rose from Trader Joe's -- what's not to like? Could be crisper for my palate, and there isn't much depth here, it has good grip and a pleasant, lingering finish; dry, clean wine, and you can do way, way worse that this bottle -- I'll buy more when my stash of Verget runs out...

Opened and had with a tart and salad for dinner on a warmish night. Light red fruit, straw, and a little heat on the finish. For $6 at Trader Joe's, a quite decent Rose for a warm day.
