Dry with a slight vinegar note after opening. Not corked though. The flavor mellowed a bit after opening and got better. The nose is strange and hard to describe. Something like a fresh bandaid. Strange... I've had better rosés, but it was still refreshing.

Flowers and red, sweet berries on the nose. Nice, round fruityness. Great acid. Lovely mouthfeel with hints of orange in the finish. An excellent buy!

One of the best vintages of the Ros'aura, this one is juicy, well-structured, and attractive. Very aromatic, with strawberries, herbs, and freshly cut grass on the nose and mixed berries on the palate, the wine is dry, powerful and excellent to pair with cold cuts and roast beef. Drink by 2009.

Beautiful color of dark salmon. Restrained nose of melon and rose petals. Lovely palate of strawberry and cranberry with beautiful acidity and finish. Highly recommended!
