Dinner with friends (Eriks apartment) : Spicy nose with some volatile acidity. The palate is packed with bitter cherry and pine with a sweet core in the midlle -> end. An almost vulgar wine but still with a certain elegance. Nice bitter ending with a great acidity profile. Some flowery notes are also present with a hint of coffee.
