On PnP, nose is earthy and a bit musty; with time the aromas meld into more herbaceous notes with little fruit; body is medium and taste is very dry and finish peckery. Quite a contrast with most Paso syrahs. Went very well with sauté pork chops

Northern Rhone in style, white pepper on the nose and blackberry and black pepper on the palate with some rustic greenness likely resultant from whole-clustering. Great wine
