Gardo Morris Sauvignon Blanc Organic

The wine is clear and pale lemon colored. The nose is clean with pronounced aromas of gooseberry and fresh grapes. There are floral notes and hints of herbaceousness. On the palate the wine is dry with high acidity, medium alcohol, and medium body. There are pronounced flavors of gooseberry, fresh grapes, and lime complexed by floral notes. In the background are hints of passion fruit, eucalyptus and herbaceousness, all rounded off by a medium finish. The quality is very good.
