Tasted this over two months ago, and it was fizzy. I put a stopper in it and stuck it in the refrigerator where it's been for two months. Had no idea what it would be like when I shared it with friends yesterday. But it was exquisite. No fizz, and if anything all that waiting allowed it to develop more depth and resonance.

old large oak vats only, some malo. good concentration of green freshness with texture. quite nice actually! but might do some good with some semillon for structure. 16
