Charles Baur Riesling Eichberg

Solid. Peach and pear on the nose with a full-bodied fruit on the tongue. The minerality of the terroir kicks in on the finish. Very well balanced for a 14.5% white. You wouldn't even know the alcohol was included with the crispness and acidity of this awesome Alsace.
