The nose hints at red berry and petrichor, forward and fresh, hints of red cherry, watermelon and stone on the palate, intense on the entry, the beads are fine and overall the wine is balanced, really nice value

Really fine bottle on a hot night with fresh local sea food. Deep mousy nose followed by a flavorful Pallet of strawberries and lemon zest. Bottle disappeared quickly.

Pretty red cherry and light strawberry notes on the nose. Medium bodied (12% ABV) with red cherry upfront and through the middle, showing good roundness and openness. Some brighter strawberry starts to come in through the back. Light citrus provides some structure to the back and finish. Overall, very pretty fruit, supported by enough lemon and acidity to make it interesting. Drink over the next few years.

As I get older, I like my Champagnes drier, but if a Champagne like this one is not trying to be dry, I'm happy to take it on its own terms and enjoy the sweetness. Nice balance, complex apple-cider flavor, would be excellent with dessert.

Nice rose, bright berry good acid, tasty for the prixe

Random wines tried during service (Oinoscent) : Rather low intensity in the nose, candied fruit notes, citrus, pear notes, quite yeasty. Palate shows high carbonation, quite upfront RS, aggressive texture, citrus/quince marmelade, preserved orange peel, med body, med finish. Nope

This champagne competes with $100 bottles to me. Dry, nice bubbles and good flavor

Delicate, pinkish hue, intense, fresh fruit aromas of strawberries, with a subtle hint of grenadine, against a backdrop of mineral notes. Very elegant, with graphite, cherry and citrus aromas and flavors. Builds nicely on the palate, with lovely fruit and a refined texture. The finish lingers.

Fresh and vivacious with a subtle and fruity finish. A composition that is light yet wellstructured and full of charm.

Classic nose, all the right brioche, yeast, citrus elements. Very nice balance on the palate - vibrant freshness and minerality with green apple, citrus acidity and fine perlage. Medium-long yeasty / peachy finish. Very nice mid level NV and great value.

A: Pale pink orange N: Medium nose of pomegranate, strawberry, cherry, yeast, bread dough, toast, P: Dry, medium (+) acidity, medium alcohol, medium (+) intensity, medium (+) finish C: Simple and not complex but a good showing for intensity and finish. good typicity. Very good wine.

My first experience with this producer. Popped and poured. A sort of pink salmon color with persistent mousse. Delicate red fruit and lightly toasted bread with strawberry jam on the nose. On the palate, peaches and raspberry. There’s good acid. The finish is dry and long. Great value. No disgorgement data.

With some richness and power here. 10% red wine to make it rose. With some gumption across the palate. Works it out at $40 if not more.

A Year Later in Vero...; 3/17/2021-3/21/2021 (Vero Beach) : Part of the pre-dinner bubbles parade. Very easy to drink. Not as light as I remember it being from the last time I had it. Definitely a brighter pink shade. Brings to mind more tropical red fruits.

Tasting with Tenzing at FHE. Very nice. Light but rosy. Floral rose petals, light grapefruit. Salmon color. Under stated. Real nice. Great length and mouth feel.

Raspberry pink coloured. Red cherries, raspberries, rose, bread and citrus on the nose. Acidic with hints of tannin. There is plenty of red fruits, citrus, bread and metallic minerals on the palate. Moderate length. Today's bottle felt slightly unbalanced, something just is not clicking. It is nice though.

No effervescence - so like a mature white wine. Very nice.
