70% PN from Verzy and Verzenay, 30% C from Verzenay. 9 months sur lies in enamel, then at least 6 years sur lies in bottle. No specific disgorgement date given; 5g/l dosage. For me this needs at least 30 minutes air to lose an initial aggressive gassiness, and open up the aromatics. In fact if I had another bottle I would definitely decant it.
