This has softened and rounded out beautifully now, with the classic petrolly note on the nose and more grapefruit on the palate. Good length. Delicious!

Honeysuckle and Bramley apple on the nose. Limey attack, dry and savoury, but rounds out nicely on the finish. Fairly long. Lovely with fresh salads, anything with lemon/lime, or even goat's cheese. A dry style but not boring or flinty - there is some roundness there.
