From 75cl, servicable cork. Rich barnyard-fecal scent stongly dominating some dark fruit and fresh oak; sweet medium-bodied entry with attractive, rustic red fruit (making up for the lack of CS typicity – not a blackcurrant anywhere). The mid-palate has tounge-puckering, grippy tannins and bright acidity. Short, inexpressive finish. Good quaffing wine. Drink now-2018. 85-86P
