Beyond drinking window, really losing its charm. Acid coming through and fruits almost non existent. A bit better after bringing the temperature up a bit. Alcohol starts showing through though. Keeping the 83 as it's really past its prime

Nice balance – but just nothing special.

A heavier style, rich from mildly toasted oak, bottle age, and annoying 14.7% alcohol. Would pair well with steak.

Sharp mid-gold; oaky, vanilla, butterscotch nose; hint of green apples, honeysuckle; mid-body; round, ripe, soft acids; long semi-lush finish, but oak overpowers the fruit or it would be a higher score.

Light golden yellow. Honeysuckle and vanilla on the nose. Medium plus body with lemon, vanilla, and hints of lime zest on the palate. This is a nicely balanced Chardonnay which is neither overripe or over manipulated.

Need to try again. Wine was overwhelmed by spicier chicken dish and our drinking of too many other things before hand. Champagne, Sauv Blanc, and beer.

A blend of all 44 blocks of chardonnay, a french yeast without a diaycitl (sp?) by product, and then french oak. So the french gives the weight. Kite Tail is a barrel selection of one individual block. The Andy Warhol labels are a blend of 15 different barrels from 15 different blocks. So different than the Kite Tail. The idea is the Warhol is the Kite Tail on steroids. If that sells you on it. Meaning it can last a …
