Rich but not jammy, full of the warm fruit from the S of France. Some earthy elements, too, to add some interest.

Very quick note, rich, sweet, black fruit nose. Brighter red fruits on the palate, smoked meat and blackberry predominant, good QPR

Blend of Syrah, Carignan, Grenache - nice everyday wine. Taste of dark berries and some herbs; soft tannins and medium finish.

This wine has long been a favorite but it had been a little while. Better than remembered. Acidic, minerally, a little gamy. Very enjoyable on a very cold night.

Taste raspberries in this tasteful very light wine. Also good on it`s own.

I really enjoy this wine. One of the best buys out there for everyday drinking. Bright fruit from carbonic maceration, herbs de provence, brambles, soft tannins. For $10, this drinks like a wine at twice the price.

Jammy on the palette with a somewhat bitter tannic finish. Relaxes over time in the glass, though, maybe good to decant before serving. 50% carignan, 40% syrah, 10% grenache.

This is a really nice wine, with rich dark fruit. You can really taste the stems on this wine, giving it a grippy, tannic core and a little bit of a green, woodiness (though, not the green pepper flavor that I've tasted from wines from Languedoc and Provence). Vigorously decanted, it really started to shine a few hours in. Really well made wine and a great value. I didn't expect much from this one, but its a wine to stock …

Dark, tight, linear, fun. Very dark, very gutsy. Grippy
