What a perfect wine! Open and ready to drink. Soft tannins, little vanilla and fruity. Smells flower, oak and maybe some vanilla. Suits perfect to My pasta tonight. Will wait to begining of 2015 before i open my last bottle.

The benefit of inviting friends round for diner is that you never know what wine will turn up with them - this is a wine I've never heard of, but I want more. Decanted for an hour and this is deep, dark, rich and very assured - very deep cherry notes, liquorice and chocolate but never over the top and always in control. Long finish with good chunky tannins that sit perfectly with the fruit. Brilliant stuff.
