Nose: yeasty, with Brett, pine, and peach pit. Palate: good acidity, full bodied, with slightly bittery aromatics. Finish: Brett, bread, yeast. Developed over time. A nice, slow sipper. Could take another 2-3 years. 14.8% ABV. 89-90

Still cloudy but starting to calm and soften. Beautiful aromatics. Minerality and delicous overall taste profile.

Incredibly interesting. Lychee fruit on the nose. Very elegant. Too bad that the chances of getting another bottle are very slim.

Cloudy murky enigma. Penetrating minerality that is front and center. Tastes like no other Gewurtztraminer that I have ever tasted before! Awesome!
