Light gold, with hints of hay. Big floral aromas - roses and honeysuckle - with lychee; fresh. Light honey and elderflower taste with sweet pineapple at back of mouth and a little white pepper. Good, long, honeyed finish. Very good with SE Asian food.

Straw yellow, pale and clear. Aromatically floral with honeysuckle, white flowers, jasmine. Sweet medium bodied with smooth acidity and full of flavours of flowers and syrup. Good long finish of about 6 or 7 seconds. A true to style gerwurz that drank well with chinese take-away.

Aiolos Tasting : (Aiolos Tasting) Nice deep color. Kicking in the nose, dense and exotic, fruity and spicy. Very fruity in the mouth, round, soft texture, acidity that keeps the balance, medium concentration and good aftertaste. A nice wine to have by the glass.
