Historically fermented in concrete egg. Aged in 33% new oak, 11% once used oak, and 56% stainless steel. On the nose this shows well integrated scents of apple, lemon, starfruit and white peach with notes of verbena, buttercream, baking spice, oak, orchard flowers, rock and saline. The palate is bright with high acidity and a lithe mid-palate density. Flavors show of fresh apple, Lemon zest, starfruit and under-ripe pineapple with oak tones, white flowers and plenty of slate like flavors …

PnP. Bright, crisp, nice acidity. Paired beautifully with spicy seafood pasta.

Nice, crisp, good acidity. PnP. Still holding its own, although I will drink the remaining bottles this summer.

Opened 30 minutes before drinking. Bright tropical fruits on the nose, lush rich mouth feel, medium balanced finish. Drinking nicely now.
