Couldn't ask for more in terms of QPR when you can drink a wine like this at 9 years and it’s simply great. Baby CNDP with everything smooth and integrated but the fruit and acidity are very much alive

Took a little time to open up but when it did it was hugely flavorful, mainly impacts the palate, nose is only moderately complex, somewhat linear but nevertheless kept me wanting to go back for more it was so delicious, darkish-medium color, moderate extraction and middle of the road on the light/elegant-dark/rich grenache spectrum. Overall, delicious, best CdR I’ve ever had, but not as interesting as my favorite GRN coming out of Washington state. Excellent, 4 (out of 5)

One of the best wines I've had in quarantine. Really beautiful, deep grenache cherry fruit wrapped in waves of complex herbs, flowers and spices. Excellent shape and some velvety tannins. The finish includes a nice snap of cherry and spice. In a perfect spot and reminds me what beautiful wines these are.

Après ouverture un nez de vernis à ongle ou quelque chose comme cela. Cette odeur est dominante et persistante. La bouche est pleine, légèrement veloutée et équilibrée. Dommage pour le nez qui pour moi révèle un défaut de cette bouteille.

The cork was soaked halfway up, another secondary market victim. Oh well. The wine was still very good, because the underlying material is very good, it didn't show the grandeur of the 2005, nor the unabashed potential of the 2014-2016 trio. It still has the effusive berry compote with hints of kirsch, herbs and brown spices. Not much tannic structure, but it doesn't feel lose. I'll bet pristine bottles are really excellent, this one felt robbed of its top gear.

Delicious. A lot of depth and fruit.

I love it when a wine is exactly what I want it to be. Supple texture, generous fruit layered with the tastes of southern France. The kids are making killer wine at Gramenon.

Dark red almost purple color. Leggy but not viscous. Aromas of strawberry, currents and black pepper. High tannin, high acid, light bodied, juice wine with flavors of strawberry and tobacco.

A fist full of flavour. Raspberry and cherry fruits are threaded with licorice. There are whiffs of plant matter, think violets and stalks. It is juicy, slurpable and utterly glugable.

44Magnum (Chez moi) : From MG. The elegant style remains, it is light, yet intense, cremy texture, loads of red berries nut also an underlying heat - a bit confusing. Even at Gramenon, 2003 left its mark. #44MG
