Salmon copper in color from skin contact. Intense aroma of Flowers followed by peach, honey, orange, apricot, and strawberry. Highly textured and chewy to the extent that this does not feel like any Pinot Grigio I've had before. Highly concetrated notes of apricot pith, orange peel, strawberry, and flowers follow on the pallate with a lingering finish.

Light salmon color. Lemon curd, stone and white fruit on nose. The mouthfeel and flavor is the real star of the show. There is a nice play between unexpected creamy richness, light mineral midpalate, and almost gritty stone acidity on the finish accompanied by complex lingering flavors. Amazing with a rich seafood pasta dish served at La Passione in The Hague.
