Et le bouchon de cette cuvée a encore sauté hier soir....Ma foi,elle garde les mêmes caractéristiques que la dernière bouteille bue.Cela reste un bon échantillon d'un excellent rapport Q/P.Ellen'ira pas plus haut c'est une certitude.A boire

Bouquet de caramel,café,chocolat bien intense.La bouche est fluide,souple,tanins fondus.Cela descend tout seul et est bien agréable.Mais cela manque cruellement de complexité.....Dans un style facile et léger.Finale assez courte.

This blend of Syrah (63%), Grenache (30%), and Mourvèdre (7%) returns a fairly full-bodied wine but very easy to drink due to its right enhancement of the aromas of Syrah: black cherry, blueberry jam, floral notes and spicy; and then on the palate: sweet and balanced, notes of black cherry, dried plum, ripe raspberry, and blackcurrant compote.
