Carmel Cabernet Sauvignon

Ruby in color with a reddish rim. Medium plus in body with medium acidity. Dry on the palate with nice complexity. Showing red and black fruits with wood, vegetables, spices, tobacco leaf, dark coffee, dark chocolates and earth. Medium finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cherries. This is a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon from Israel. Fruit forward, elegant and rich. This 17 year old is still drinking very nicely now, although will not last long. Was probably even better a …
