Very vegetal on the nose but not in a bad way. Smelled of a fresh spring salad, and green bell pepper with interesting undercurrents of soy sauce and smoked anchovy. The palate showed good acidity and fair amount of fruit under predominantly earthy savory tones. A very nice food wine that paired very well with beef tenderloin and pureed celery root. Time to drink up. Nice now but not getting any better.
