Dark and woodsy. Rich dark fruit with some pepperiness and spice. Prominent tannins yet not overpowering. Opens up nicely after some air time. Long nice finish.

Cassis, smoke, leather, sweet clover and some cinnamon. This is in a very nice place with the tannins half way resolved into leather but there's still good structure with some spice.
