Clear beige gold on the glass. Straw and dried apple on the light nose. Big and mouth-filling on the palate. Dried pome, wet straw, hint of dry butterscotch with mouth-watering acidity and undertone of stony minerality that keep the sweetness well in check. Begs for food: pork or fowl. Should keep for a bit, but it's a real treat now. Drink by 2017.
