Hebe Wines 1st Open Door Wine Fair (Hebe HQ) : The wine shows full green profile, capsicum, sour cherry, currant, soft tannins, ripe fruit, higher acidity, medium finish. I would keep it more.

12.5 months New Oak- Indigenous Yeast. (Tasted at Oinoscent) Clean,Medium Ruby Red, Med Intensity Med Intensity Nose, Black Fruits, Cacao, Tobacco, Smoke and hint of Anise. Medium+ Bodied Palate, High Acidity(Attacking), Rich, Complex, Extracted, Black Pepper, Plum, Chocolate, Blackberry. Not Typical but great Cab version. Balanced.

No Malbec day no.2 (Oinoscent) : Ripe red fruit, oaky but not heavy, ripe green notes that add freshness, slightly spicy, currant, cherry, nutmeg, a bit of alcohol. The palate is relatively easy, red fruit, a bit tough tannins but then again the wine is young, spicy, med body and intensity, med to long finish with a bit of alcohol burn again.

This one had a nice perfume of red and mostly dark fruits, sweet spice and bell pepper notes along with cedar notes. It has a medium to full body with a good tannic backbone, medium to high acidity and medium to long finish. Quite enjoyable actually although evidently young.
