Blenheim Vineyards Chardonnay Redlands

Tuesday, May 06, 2003 Bright yellow sunlight color. Toast and mineral on the nose. The nose gives away Brad McCarthy’s signature on this wine. Toast, mineral, lemon cream and butter on the palate. Nice balance of fruit and oak. (Fermented and aged in French oak.) A tad more oak than I like, but the wife loved it.
