WSET Diploma Unit 5 Tasting: This wine is pale lemon-green in appearance. On the nose, there are medium intensity aromas of honeysuckle, green apple, pear, lime, peach and wet stone. There's bit of residual sugar on the palate, but this sweetness is balanced by the acidity in the wine. Light and fresh, with green apple and peach flavors that provide a medium finish. Very good QPR.

Light, crisp, mild, soft finish--a bit weak on the finish

It opens clear and crisp with bubbles. Candied aroma with aromas of grass. Sweet entry with dry acidic balance that gives it a lingering finish.

Aromas of lemon, white flowers and a little bit of minerality. Good acidity with lemon and green apple on the palate. There was plenty of acid so that it still seemed practically without any RS, despite the extra dry designation. Nothing too special about this, but nothing really wrong either -- a decent quaffer.
