Seemed an obvious choice from a list dominated by heavily marked-up big names (Lung King Heen @FSHK), as both the producer and the vintage are reliably pleasurable. Lithe and bright and pure - you might say it was 'very Chambolle' - with brisk red fruit and a lick of oak. Great with the Cantonese cuisine, and a real pleasure after a couple of weeks without much wine.
